Agile Collective is a worker-owned digital agency building websites and platforms for charities, co-operatives, unions, and purpose-led organisations. Based in Oxford, the co-op combines technical delivery with values-led governance — all members share equally in pay, decision-making, and the direction of the company. Clients include the Co-operative College, Shared Interest, and numerous campaigning organisations.
