Privacy
How this site handles information.
Coops.uk is operated by OpsHelp. No account is required to read guides, explore listings or use the tools.

Analytics and referral information
We use self-hosted Umami at analytics.opshelp.com to count page views, enquiry links and successful form submissions. Analytics does not receive form contents, tool answers, URL queries or fragments. We honour browser Do Not Track. Public referral tags, the landing-page path and a selected plan are kept in this tab’s session storage and included with an enquiry so we can understand your request. Referral links to OpsHelp carry source tags, not a visitor identifier. Closing the tab clears this session data.
Contact enquiries
The contact form collects the name, email address and message you provide, plus the enquiry subject. We use this information to respond and manage the request. Do not submit passwords or sensitive member records.
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to deter automated abuse and sends accepted enquiries through Resend to contact@opshelp.com. Cloudflare hosts the site and processes network and security information when you visit. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices.
Tools and local storage
Working answers in the practical tools are stored on your device when you choose or use local saving as described by the tool. They are not submitted to us as tool answers. Anyone using the same browser profile may be able to access them. Reset the tool or clear the browser’s site storage to remove saved answers; downloaded copies must be deleted separately.
If storage is blocked or unavailable, use the export controls to keep a copy. Directory and guide search terms may appear in the page URL; avoid putting private information in search boxes.
Feeds and external links
The RSS feed is a public article feed, not an email subscription. Following it does not give us your email address. When you visit another website, that site’s privacy practices apply.
Retention and requests
We retain enquiry correspondence as needed to handle the request and relevant business records. Contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion of information, or to raise a privacy concern. Applicable rights and any retention obligations depend on the circumstances.
Email contact@opshelp.com. You can also find information about data rights and raising concerns from the Information Commissioner’s Office.
