The co-op comprises 14 houses and flats around a pedestrian street, with shared gardens, workshop spaces, and a common house. Members manage allocations, maintenance, and finances collectively, and the co-op has survived through multiple housing crises to provide genuinely affordable London housing for nearly 50 years.
