Welsh Hill Farm Meat Co-op enables small hill farmers in Wales to pool their livestock and access premium markets for Welsh Lamb and Welsh Beef, including direct-to-consumer box schemes and restaurant supply. The co-op champions traditional farming practices and animal welfare standards, and members share knowledge on sustainable grazing and habitat management that supports biodiversity on the Welsh uplands.
Mission
To ensure the survival of small hill farming in Wales by enabling farmers to market collectively, access better prices, and tell the story of Welsh farming to consumers.
