Birmingham Cohousing is an intergenerational cohousing community in Stirchley, south Birmingham, where residents are members of the co-operative that owns and manages the development. The community comprises 23 private homes with shared common spaces including a common house with kitchen, dining room, laundry, guest rooms, and gardens. Residents range from young families to retirees, creating a deliberately diverse mix that supports mutual care and reduces isolation.

To build a diverse, supportive community where people of all ages live cooperatively, reducing isolation, sharing resources, and creating a model for sustainable urban living.
