About
Manchester Cohousing Project is a member-led group developing an intergenerational cohousing community in south Manchester. The project aims to create 25 affordable homes with shared common spaces, gardens, and facilities managed collectively by residents. The design includes a common house with kitchen, dining room, laundry, and guest accommodation, plus shared gardens and a workshop space.
Mission
To create a diverse, sustainable cohousing community in Manchester where residents of all ages live co-operatively, sharing resources and supporting each other.
