The Scottish Housing Co-op Alliance is a federation supporting small housing co-operatives across Scotland, providing governance advice, training, and representation to policymakers on behalf of its member co-ops. The Alliance represents over 680 co-operative homes across Scotland, from small urban co-ops in Glasgow and Edinburgh to rural housing co-operatives in the Highlands and Islands. It campaigns for better funding, regulatory recognition, and access to land for community-led housing.
